Where are you located?

Mary is located in the state of Connecticut. She offers a hybrid program in and around Fairfield County & Westchester/Putnam Counties, NY, where she sees clients in their home. She also sees clients virtually in the U.S. and internationally.

What type of clients do you see?

Mary works with a variety of humans! She supports people in managing routines, emotions, executive functioning, and neurodiversity through learning skills, developing strategies, habits and routines to support them.  Mary has worked with kids, adults, and families.

What kind of programs do you offer?

Mary offers a variety of programming, see Offerings at the top of the screen. She sees clients for traditional individual coaching and parent coaching, as well as offering virtual group coaching. Mary gives corporate talks, professional development, workshops, speaking engagements and is a freelance writer. 

Do you take insurance?

Mary is not able to take insurance because insurance companies do not cover her services in this capacity. She is able to provide an Out Of Network (OON) superbill for an ASD diagnosis only and you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement, but Dominguez Behavioral cannot guarantee this will be covered because all insurance plans and companies are different. 

What are your fees for coaching?

Individual Coaching - $200 (50 minutes)

Group Coaching - varies by program

Concierge Coaching - tiered level monthly memberships

How long will it take for me to see improvements?

This is a common question and a bit difficult to answer. As humans we are complex. Therefore, it is hard to give a specific amount of time. However, it is Mary’s job to work herself out of a job, which means that when you work together building tools, strategies, routines and habits, clients will be able to incorporate these in their life more easily and improve their overall quality of life. Traditionally, clients start seeing some improvements within the first few months.

Can I come back if I need support at another time?

Absolutely! Life is truly a journey, so wherever that journey takes you, Mary is here for support. She also offers a variety of programs with various levels of support. This is truly a personalized level of care.
